Exploring Brotherhoods & Friendly Societies
Through a range of talks, and time for questions and discussion, this one-day online event will explore the history and traditions of Brotherhoods and Friendly Societies in Ireland.
There will be specific talks on the the Ancient Order of Hibernians, the Apprentice Boys of Derry, the Irish National Foresters, Freemasonry, and the Orange Order.
The diversity between the different organisations will become clear, as will the similarities.
