Carbon Literacy for Teachers – Modular Programme

Carbon Literacy Programmes provide post-primary teachers with confidence, knowledge and skills to engage with the climate emergency, including an introduction to the key topics of climate science, climate justice and carbon footprints.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive accreditation and free teaching and learning resources that initiate important conversations that can help assuage feelings of climate anxiety in young people through leaving them feeling more empowered.

With its combination of self-study and online Zoom meetings with colleagues, this FREE modular programme is best suited to those who enjoy a more relaxed learning pace.

Please note: each module with last approximately one hour and 30 minutes.
