Churches Together Walk

Inter-church walk in Omagh on Tuesday 19 September 2023.

Organised by Omagh Churches’ Forum (linked to ISE network of Inter-church Fora), in conjunction with Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, the walk will begin at Trinity Presbyterian Church, James Street, Omagh at 7pm. It will then proceed to St Columba’s Church of Ireland, onwards to Sacred Heart Church and finish at Omagh Methodist Church at approximately 8pm.

A short act of worship will take place in each of the four host churches. People from all walks of life are invited to join the ecumenical journey.

The walk will be followed by light refreshments in Omagh Methodist Church Hall.

Omagh Churches’ Forum exists to promote better inter-church relations and to help the various churches in our community to meet and discuss issues of mutual interest and benefit, both spiritual and practical.
