Slieve Croob Historical Tour

The Slieve Croob District Electoral Area invites you to embark on a FREE Historical Bus Tour of Slieve Croob. This fully guided tour will take you through the historic towns of Drumaness, Loughinisland, Castlewellan, and Dundrum, offering a deeper understanding of our local heritage.

In line with this year’s theme of ‘OpportUNiTY’, this tour is an opportunity to explore and celebrate the rich history and cultural significance of the Slieve Croob area. By connecting with our shared past, we open up new avenues for collaboration and unity within our community. Experience the stories that have shaped our region and foster a sense of collective pride and belonging.

Please be aware that the tour involves walking at various sites, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We recommend wearing comfortable footwear and appropriate clothing for the conditions.
