Strategies for addressing anti-Muslim hatred – 2-part workshop
Delivered by Tell MAMA and Faith Matters, these sessions will provide strategies for addressing anti-Muslim hatred.
The sessions will cover:
- an overview of the history and diversity of the Muslim community in Belfast;
- an understanding of what constitutes anti-Muslim hatred, the demographics of perpetrators and victims, trigger points, and the impact of online trends and far right groups; as well as
- providing practical skills for interrupting anti-Muslim hostility.
Participants must commit to attend both workshops and registration for the event is essential.
