Super Healthy Teens

Libraries NI will be hosting an online virtual healthy eating demonstration for 12-16-year-olds. The virtual cookery class will help them improve their cooking abilities and nurture an awareness of how healthy eating can protect us by keeping our bodies and the environment healthy and happy.

The demonstration will be delivered by Jane McClenaghan.
