Walk Leader Training

Antrim Library presents an opportunity to take part in Walk Leader Training – aimed at anyone interested in leading short health walks within the Northern Trust Area either as a volunteer or through their work role. The course covers health benefits of walking, physical activity recommendations, organising safe and enjoyable walks for people of all ages and abilities and motivating people to start and continue walking.
