Youth Link: NI Annual Peacebuilding Lecture

As part of a series of events during Good Relations Week 2023, and to mark the International Day of World Peace, Youth Link: NI are hosting Guest Lecturer, and former colleague, Dr Cathy Bollaert, who will unpack the concept of ‘together’ in the context of Northern Ireland. 

Cathy will consider the different approaches that Youth Workers  adopt when working together between and across communities, as well as the tensions that can arise. Cathy will draw on her insight from working with youth workers and young people in different contexts including Northern Ireland, South Africa, and other  regions impacted by conflict.

If you have an interest in the role of youth work in building reconciliation, we invite you to join us for this Annual Lecture, and to participate in a discussion, sharing ideas on we  how we can work better together in the pursuit of the common good.
