Come along and walk with friends and others from the community as we host our walk and talk event. Hosted by St Canices GAC, the walk will start and finish at the club and will follow the "highway to health" around the town. The aim is to bring the community together in an event to get active and talking to each other as we make our way around the route.

Youth ambassadors 'NextGen' take the lead in facilitating a cross community panel event for their peers tackling key issues impacting young people including mental health & unemployment. The event will see Springboards youth ambassadors "NextGen' facilitate a youth panel for cross community groups aged 16-24 years old. The ambassadors will encourage their peers to explore & tackle key issues they are impacted by including mental health, poverty & unemployment through interactive and engaging workshops as well as Q & A discussions with key experts. Young people will explore social action & influence positive change.
