{"id":4085,"date":"2022-09-09T17:14:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-09T16:14:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/goodrelationsweek.com\/?post_type=event&#038;p=4085"},"modified":"2022-09-21T11:10:40","modified_gmt":"2022-09-21T10:10:40","slug":"the-changemaker-programme-2","status":"publish","type":"event","link":"https:\/\/goodrelationsweek.com\/event\/the-changemaker-programme-2\/","title":{"rendered":"The ChangeMaker Programme 2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As an organisation WheelWorks Arts recognised the changing landscape of NI and the need for us to engage public and third sector staff who work with youth groups, schools, and the public, looking at the different attitudes and cultural diversity that they deal with daily.<\/p>\n<p>Through consultation and research, we devised the ChangeMaker training programme, which is designed to empower community, youth, good relations, events, arts, museums, and leisure services employees. ChangeMaker can also be tailored for staff within the administrative, customer services and customer facing roles, as well as management and councillors.<\/p>\n<p>ChangeMaker is a coaching and creatively blended cultural empowerment training tool.
