The Pupil Pathway can be used by Shared Education Partnerships to:
  • Provide pre-school and school leaders with a clear overview of the Shared Education journey, which can then be embedded within the Pre-School/School Development Plan;
  • Guide Shared Education leaders/coordinators in the development of annual action plans within the partnership;
  • Support practitioners in the planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluation of Shared Education.
