Put your event in the programme

A workshop, a walk, an exhibition, a conversation over tea — whatever you are running during the week, it belongs here.

19 days

left to add your event

Registration closes Friday 2 October at 12.00pm. The programme goes live Monday 28 September.

What happens

Four steps, about eight minutes of typing, and one email back from a person.

  1. 1

    Create an account

    Your email and your name.

No password to invent — we email you a link whenever you want to sign in.

    a minute

  2. 2

    Fill in your event

Name, dates, where, who it is for.

It saves as you type, so you can start now and add the image on Thursday.

    about eight minutes

  3. 3

    Send it to us

One button, once you are ready.

A person reads every event, and how long that takes depends on how many are in front of yours. You will get an email either way.

    days, sometimes weeks

  4. 4

    It goes live

    In the programme, and promoted.

Across the website, our social channels and partner networks — and you can still edit it.

Nothing is submitted until you press the button — and nothing is lost if you stop halfway.

Things worth knowing

One event, as many dates as you like

Running it three times? Add three dates. You do not fill the form in three times, and all three point at one page.

We size your image for you

Upload anything off your phone — any shape, any size. No dimensions to look up.

Nothing is lost if you stop

Everything saves as you type and we email you a link straight back to it. Nothing is submitted until you press the button.

You can still change it afterwards

Times, links, descriptions — and cancelling a single date is one click rather than an email to us.

Stuck? Ask us.

There is no wrong question. If you are not sure whether your event belongs in the programme, or you are halfway through the form and something will not behave, tell us and we will sort it.
