Workshop addressing needs for adults with a learning disability coming to Northern Ireland

Mid and East Antrim Council in association with Mencap are hosting a Good Relations themed workshop for adults with learning disabilities on the 23rd September. The questions "What is GR?" "What does that mean for me as an adult living in Carrickfergus with a learning disability?" 'What would you need to know as an adult with learning disabilities coming to this country?' will all be posed and discussed. This session will take participants through a discussion to collate points that will help guide those coming to Northern Ireland in a practical and inclusive manner.
