Soroptimist International is the largest women's volunteer organisation in the world with 88,000 members in 124 countries. The United Nations 16 Days of Activism to End Violence Against Women campaign starts on 25 November (Elimination of Violence Against Women and Girls Day) and ends on 10 December (Human Rights Day).
