This event invites participants on a powerful journey of reflection and renewal, exploring how faith, forgiveness, and the choices we make can transform our lives. We will hear from two remarkable women whose stories embody courage and grace. In March 1984, Beryl Quigley’s husband was tragically killed by the IRA outside their home while she and their young daughter were inside. Guided by her deep faith, Beryl found the strength to forgive those responsible for the attack. Paula Murphy-Gibson grew up in West Belfast, where she faced addiction and abuse as a teenager. Through her own journey of faith, Paula discovered healing, purpose, and hope.
Together, their experiences reveal how letting go of past pain and embracing forgiveness can open the way to freedom, restoration, and new beginnings. Through powerful storytelling, insights, and shared wisdom, attendees will be encouraged to see the possibility of a different path—one shaped by grace, courage, and the promise of a brighter future.
We will ask attendees to have conversations about what they hear and how stories from the past can aid young people today in making better choices.
