In times of local, national and global challenge and sector funding instability - we want to explore how we can continue to sustain and grow grassroots Peacebuilding. For the past 4 years, TIDES has been working alongside grassroots Peacebuilders, Community Development, and Community Relations Practitioners and Volunteers through the delivery of the Elevate Programme. Elevate is a unique initiative that seeks to build sustainable communities of practice that provide collegiality, training, support, supervision and a grounding space for workers and volunteers that are actively contributing towards growing positive peace within their communities. This event will be an opportunity to explore how we can collectively work together to support one another in our roles, how we grow our reach and capacity and what has been learned through the delivery of Elevate
