Family Constellations, The Invisible Ties

Run by Shakti Wellness Studio & Clinic

For anyone curious about their own family history, no experience needed. A three hour, fully experiential session exploring the patterns we inherit, using the body and the group rather than just talking.

For anyone curious about their own family history, no experience needed. Some of what we carry doesn't actually belong to us. Maybe it's finding yourself in the same kind of relationship over and over, even when you've tried hard to choose differently. Maybe it's feeling guilty for doing better than a parent or grandparent did, or carrying a worry that makes no sense given your own life. These can be signs of something passed down rather than something we created ourselves. Family Constellations looks at these patterns directly, through the body and the group, rather than just talking about them.

Sara Drumond, Intergenerational Trauma Therapist and Family Constellations facilitator, guides the group through gentle exercises that make these hidden dynamics visible, so you can see more clearly what's yours to carry and what you can finally put down. Wear comfortable clothing, this experiential workshop can bring up emotions that are needed for healing.

If you have something you'd like to explore, you're welcome to bring it to the group, maybe a relationship pattern you keep repeating, or a weight you've carried without knowing where it started. No pressure to share anything, you're just as welcome to take part and observe.

If you fancy, go on Netflix and start watching "Another Self", a Turkish series that really portrays this work very well, in a drama format, of course.
