Take part in a fun, creative kite-making workshop exploring inclusion, friendship, respect and kindness. Children, young people and families can design their own kite while learning about positive relationships, diversity and belonging.

Include, Respect, Fly

Celebrate Good Relations Week 2026 with a fun and creative kite-making workshop for children, young people and families.

Delivered by Go Fly Your Kite, these interactive drop-in sessions will encourage participants to explore the themes of inclusion, respect, kindness, friendship and positive relationships through discussion, creativity and shared participation.

Participants will have the opportunity to design, decorate and build their own kite to take home, while reflecting on what helps people feel welcomed, valued and included in their communities.
