Walking Together: Heritage, Belonging and Shared Space

Run by The Churches Trust

Join us for a guided heritage walk, followed by refreshments and conversation at The Churches Trust. Together we’ll explore our shared heritage, build connections and consider how we can make our city more welcoming and inclusive for everyone.

Walking Together: Heritage, Belonging and Shared Space is a Good Relations Week event hosted by The Churches Trust. Participants will take part in a guided heritage walk through Derry, exploring places connected to the city’s religious, cultural and community heritage and considering how history, identity and place continue to shape people’s experiences of the city today.
The walk will begin at 10.30am, returning to The Churches Trust for a light lunch and facilitated conversation from 12.30pm on belonging, inclusion and shared space. Participants are welcome to attend the walk, the conversation, or both.
Please wear comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the weather. Advance registration is required, and participants are encouraged to let us know about any accessibility, dietary or additional support needs when booking.
