Honouring Her Journey, An Introduction to Inclusive and Trauma-Informed Yoga for Women

Run by Shakti Wellness Studio & Clinic

For yoga teachers, movement facilitators, wellness practitioners, students and anyone curious about trauma-informed practice. Explore how women's life stories live in the body and how teaching language can offer real choice and safety.

For yoga teachers, movement facilitators, wellness practitioners, students, and anyone curious about trauma-informed practice, no experience required.

Join Sara Drumond, founder of Lunar Yoga, intergenerational trauma therapist, senior yoga teacher, dancer and artist from Brazil, based in Northern Ireland since 2011, for a creative and exploratory workshop on trauma-informed yoga.

We'll look at how women's life stories and intergenerational paths are held in the body, how to read protective physical responses with empathy, and how to use teaching language that gives women real choice and safety in the room.
