Come along to our friendly and interactive online ONSIDE Evolution launch and find out what the project is all about! Meet the ONSIDE Evolution team, hear about the opportunities and support available, and discover how the project can help disabled people and carers build connections, develop digital confidence, reduce social isolation and get more involved in their communities.
This is an informal session with plenty of time to ask questions, share your thoughts and find out how you can get involved. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance just join us online with a device and internet connection. If you have any accessibility requirements or need support to take part, please let us know.
Who is running it
Disability Action
Disability Action is a Northern Ireland-wide pan-disability organisation working with people with physical, learning, sensory, hidden and mental health disabilities. Its mission is to promote, protect and uphold the human rights of disabled people and to help create a society that is more inclusive, accessible and responsive to disabled people’s needs.
The organisation provides a wide range of services across Northern Ireland, including advocacy, information and advice, employment and training support, transport and mobility services, independent living support, community development, policy and research. It also works with employers, public bodies and communities to challenge discrimination, improve accessibility and ensure disabled people have a stronger voice in decisions that affect their lives.
