A gentle chair-based yoga session suitable for all, taking place in Glengormley Library.

Strong and Steady is a gentle, chair‑based movement workshop focusing on breathing, balance, and simple poses to support strength, flexibility, and relaxation.

This session is suitable for all abilities and offers a calm, supportive environment to move safely and confidently at your own pace.

Booking is essential - please contact Glengormley Library on 028 9083 3797 to reserve a place.

Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
