GRANDfest

Run by Ark Housing Association

is a free multicultural celebration featuring live music, dance performances, arts and crafts activities, and delicious food. The event brings together a diverse range of talented musicians and performers, showcasing both local artists and those from eth

Family friendly event hosted in Queen's Hall, Newtownards, a central and easy to access location in the heart of Newtownards.

Line up so far, traditional Scottish dancers, local vocalist, a local duo, Loughrie’s Men’s Shed Uklele band, Indian dancers, African tribal drumming workshop, Party Animals, Magician performance and arts and crafts tables from around the world.

Who is running it

Ark Housing Association

Ark Housing is a housing association that works closely with the Housing for All sector. Through this partnership, we are able to connect with people and tenants within the local community, helping us to build relationships, encourage engagement and respond to the needs and priorities of our tenants and communities.
