Two Sides to Every Wall Documentary Screening & Panel Discussion

This event explores the impact of peace walls on communities with a particular focus on the experiences and perspectives of young people.

Springboard Opportunities in collaboration with NI Screen and Cameron Turley (Off Brand) created a documentary that follows young people as they reflect on how the legacy of conflict continues to shape their lives. The film travels with them to Nicosia, Cyprus looking at division through an international lens. 

The event will feature an academic talk followed by the documentary screening and panel discussion on the realities of living in a divided society. Young people have shared their voices and experiences, drawing importance toward their contribution to building a peaceful and inclusive society.
